Chair Brian Shirley called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and  announced the presence of a quorum.  2. WORKSHOP:  Discussion of existing projects underway. City Engineer Jeff Prato reviewed the Discussion of New Proposed 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan Projects.  projects with the Committee.  City Engineer.
