Discussion: Review of Chapter 06 - Comprehensive Plan (Recreation and Open Space) Town Attorney, Tom Harowski, reviewed Chapter 06 Comprehensive Plan. OLD BUSINESS 1. Discussion: Parks Assessment Board Member Husemann stated that the playground in Central Park needed to be cleaned. Board Member Husmann advised that the infant seat's seatbelt on the swing set needed to be repaired. Board Member Arnold advised that Sara Maude needed more mulching. 2. Discussion: Staff Parks Update Public Works Director, Morgan Cates, stated that the parks were being maintained as usual. 3. Discussion: Pine Park Update Public Works Director, Morgan Cates, advised that the sidewalk permit was still in progress. Mr. Cates advised that there would be a sign that would state "Construction in Progress" while the sidewalk permit Mr. Cates brought multiple sign options for Pine Park. Board Members selected their preferred sign. Mr. Motion made by Board Member Arnold to keep the name of] Pine Park officially; seconded by was finalized as other construction would begin. Discussion: Sara Maude Mason Nature Preserve Boardwalk Project Update Public Works Director, Morgan Cates, advised that he would get sign options to update Sara Maude's Mr. Cates advised that research for the loan for the Sara Maude project was in progress. Mr. Cates also advised that the contract from the contractors was being reviewed by the Town's legal team. current sign.
