RESOLUTION NO. 2024-06-431  A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNN HAVEN, FLORIDA, AMENDINGTHE FINAL BUDGET FOR' THE FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024;  AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.  WHEREAS, the City Commission of. the City of Lynn Haven, Florida, after proper advertising and holding public hearings on the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024, did on September  26, 2023, adopt said budget; and  WHEREAS, the City of Lynn Haven, Florida, on May 13, 2024, set forth the appropriations, revenues and other sources amended for the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 in the  amount of $63,103,159.  WHEREAS, the City ofLynn Haven, Florida has identified additional information to be NOW, THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City ofLynn Haven, Florida, that the following second midyear amendment to the fiscal year 2023-2024 budget  included ini the fiscal year 2023-2024 midyear budget.  isk hereby approved and adopted.
