Reid's Journey Play Complex Phase II- All equipment has been ordered, and the shipping date for the two shade structures is April 29th. The picnic shelter and picnic tables are custom built and will not ship until June 17th. The Liberty Swing, is also scheduled to be delivered on April 29th, and we have planned to have it installed by the contractors that are installing the shade structure. Veterans Memorial Improvements = Diamond Construction has located underground utilities and began staking for the parking lof construction. Splash Pad Updates - McAdams has finalized everything and has been sent to New Senior Center Development = The contract with CHA, the engineers for the baseball complex, has been amended to include the site plan for the senior center, tennis courts/pickleDa. complex, amphitheater and skatepark site. The updated master plan that will be presented to the Board during a public input Concession Stand Agreement - The Concession stand agreements have been forwarded to Hope Mills Baseball, LLC for their signatures. This agreement, which iss separate from the alcohol sales agreement, is for three years, with an option Town Lake Properties - The Board of Commissioners approved the Option to Purchase Agreement for the two properties off Fountain Lane that are adjacent to the park for $150,000.
