JOE ANTRAM COMMISSIONERS DISCUSSION No Report Commissioner Yoder updated on Courtside Ministries letter requesting to set up table outside of courthouse. Commissioner Yoder spoke with Court Security staff Ms. Davis along with Administrator Henry. All agreed to have Courtside Ministries obtain aj permit from the City to allow them to be on the sidewalk and not on county property. Administrator Henry provided information to Courtside Ministries on how to obtain the permit from Judge Estes reached out to Commissioner Yoder regarding obtaining two office spaces at Memorial Hall for two ofhis staff. Commissioner Yoder took Judge Estes on tour oft the recent renovation of the office space at Memorial Hall. Judge Estes would like Commissioners to approve use oft the two office spaces available. Commissioner Robinson asked ifCity would be willing toj pay compensation to County as there will be cost for space and utilities. Another concern discussed was parking for staffa and clients.
