Received a quote of $80K from Alexander Concrete repair the sidewalks in front of Colonial Building, Memorial Hall, and Chillicothe Parking lot. Mr. Patterson indicated he will put the flagpole under permeative maintenance every two years to: replace cables to avoid: major repairs. Commissioner Yoder thanked The Server Room at Annex building will be installing furniture and upgrading lights to LED and several number of ceiling tiles need replaced. Rough estimated cost to upgrade lighting and replace ceiling tiles  Mr. Patterson for his efforts in getting the: flagpole repaired.  $1200.00.  REPORT OF COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR Acknowledged today being 80th Anniversary ofD Day.  Received invoice from Aunalytics for $49,553.75 that is part ofinsurance claim. Jim Lange and Jim Coy have  reviewed the invoice for accuracy.    Received document prepared by Heather Martin LUC for CDBG Annual Implementation Statistics of County that required a signature from the Commissioners. Attended follow up meeting with Jim Lange, Jim Coy and Brian Schultz Director Sewer District to bring the Attending a meeting today at 10:30am regarding Belle Center lift station with Brian Schultz and Breanne Followed up with Breanne Parcels regarding Palmer Energy Natural Gas amendment. Ms. Parcels recommended amendment should be reviewed through Ohio Attorney General Office. Commissioners suggested sending the amendment back to Palmer Energy for their attorney to review the concerns ofl Ms.  Sewer District to the county network.  Parcels.  Parcels.  Attended Logan County Community Recovery Committee meeting on Tuesday, June 4th.  REPORT OF COUNTYHUMAN RESOURCES  Wellness challenge is underway, and teams will need to log in to log their activities by the end of month. Chair Aj person from Ohio Ethics Commission reached out asking tol have an in-person meeting with the Commissioners. Ms. Richardson reviewed with Breanne Parcels. Ms. Parcels suggested asking the Villages  messages have been scheduled at various county agencies and sign up is now open.  Clerks, Township Trustees and Elected Officials also be invited. JOE ANTRAM COMMISSIONERS DISCUSSION  No Report  Commissioner Yoder updated on Courtside Ministries letter requesting to set up table outside of courthouse. Commissioner Yoder spoke with Court Security staff Ms. Davis along with Administrator Henry. All agreed to have Courtside Ministries obtain aj permit from the City to allow them to be on the sidewalk and not on county property. Administrator Henry provided information to Courtside Ministries on how to obtain the permit from Judge Estes reached out to Commissioner Yoder regarding obtaining two office spaces at Memorial Hall for two ofhis staff. Commissioner Yoder took Judge Estes on tour oft the recent renovation of the office space at Memorial Hall. Judge Estes would like Commissioners to approve use oft the two office spaces available. Commissioner Robinson asked ifCity would be willing toj pay compensation to County as there will be cost for space and utilities. Another concern discussed was parking for staffa and clients. Commissioner Yoder will reach  the city.  out to. Judge Estes to discuss compensation plan further. No action taken.    Discussed appointing designate county liaison for the America. 250 committee.
