City Council Meeting Minutes December 18, 2023 Jacksonville, Alabama  The City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Alabama, met for a Council Meeting on December 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room at the Public Safety Complex, 911 Public Safety Drive, Jacksonville, Alabama. Council President Tony Taylor called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Upon roll call, the following Council Members were present: Coty Galloway, Andrew Green, Sherry Laster, and Terry' Wilson. Mayor Johnny Smith, City Administrator Albertha Grant, City Attorney Richard Rhea, and City Clerk Brenda Long were ADOPTION OF MINUTES. AI motion was made by Council Member Galloway, seconded by Council Member Laster, to approve the Minutes from the December 4, 2023, Regular Work Session and Council Meeting.
