Called City Council Meeting Minutes December 15, 2023 Jacksonville, Alabama  The City Council of the City of Jacksonville, Alabama, met for a Called Council Meeting on December 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Public Safety Complex Training Room, 911 Public Safety Drive, Jacksonville, Alabama. Council President Tony K. Taylor called the meeting to order at 2:08 p.m. Upon roll call, the following Council Members were present: Coty Galloway, Andrew Green, and Terry' Wilson. The following Council Member was absent: Sherry Laster. City Administrator Albertha Grant, City Attorney Richard Rhea, and City Clerk Brenda Long were ADOPTION OF AGENDA. A motion was made by Council Member Galloway, seconded by Council Member Green, to approve the agenda. Upon vote on the motion, the following votes were recorded: Yeas: All; Nays: None. The Council President announced the motion carried. TRAVELERS INSURANCE DISCUSSION: City Clerk Brenda Long introduced Mr. Allen Whitworth to answer any questions the Council had on the possible new policy with Travelers. A breakdown of the cost increases from FY2020 through FY2023 and increase on quote from AMICfor FY2024 compared to quote from Travelers was presented to the Council. Council had INSURANCE AGREEMENT WITHT TRAVELERS COMPANIES,INC. A motion was made by Council Member Green, seconded by Council Member Wilson, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Insurance Agreement with Travelers Companies, Inc., per the attached. Upon roll call vote on the motion, the following votes were recorded: Yeas: All; Nays: None. The Council President COWBELL CYBER INSURANCE DISCUSSION: Mr. Allen Whitworth was available to answer any questions the Council had on the possible new cyber policy with Travelers. Tim Smith with Municipal Technologies gave his suggestion on the policy and what it would offer the city. CYBER INSURANCE AGREEMENT WITH COWBELL CYBER, INC. A motion was made by Council Member Galloway, seconded by Council Member Wilson, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Cyber Insurance Agreement with CowBell Cyber, Inc., per the attached. Upon roll call vote on the motion, the following votes were recorded: Yeas: All; Nays: None. The Council President CONSOLIDATED ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS.
