Saunders)  President Saunders provided a review oft the vision for' The Reserve and the Hidden Creek success story as ai recap for the newly-seated Mayor andi HEDC/HMBC: Ex Officio Jeremiah McClure. He then introduced Agron Dika, a Heath resident and owner/operator of multiple successful restaurant concepts including Giovanni's at the Harbori in Rockwall. Mr. Dika grew upi in ai family ofi restaurateurs and followed those footsteps himself after a distinguished career in the U.S. Marine Corps. Heath resident Stan Britton, who is assisting Mr. Dika as a friend also provided a review oft thej project. The concept reflects an upscale, Cowboy rustic/chic design theme. The interior would be approximately Mr. Dika's economic development assistance request includes a 5-year ground lease oft thel land with the first right of refusal toj purchase Lot 4 by 2029 for $474,000 based upon market comparables of $8j per square foot.
