Call to Order: 5:00PM  Moved by Steve Hougen M.D.; seconded by Brian Edwards to Declare. Absence Excused for Voting For: Ron Munos, Brian Edwards, Mike Pfister, Steve Hougen M.D., Michael  Judy Salvaggio. Motion Passed: 6-0 Berg, Catherine Bell Voting Against: None 2. Workshop Items:  2.a "Council 101" training and refresher.  - City Secretary, Dawn wright reviewed the Council orientation binder contents and  distributed updated materials.  2.b Hear and discuss processes for budget planning.  - No action will be taken.  Finance Director, Kevin Rule, presented an overview oft the budget process including  explanation ofterminology.    Council asked clarifying questions about the process.  Ap proposed timeline for budget due dates and future workshops were presented  and discussed.  3. Adjournment:  Moved by Mike Pfister; seconded by Brian Edwards to Adjourn the workshop at  6:56PM.
