Donna Wheeler, Dawn Capra, and Cynthia Green presented information on plans  fora Community Resource Center.  4. Reports:  4.a Bruce Jones - Burnet County Appraisal District Representative  Mr.. Jones reported on the expansion of thel Burnet County Appraisal District building toa accommodate the growth of the county with aj proposed budget of $2,899,560.00.  4.b Judge Frank Reilly - Municipal Judges Quarterly Report  2024.0L.Combinedpdr  Judge Reilly answered questions from Council regarding cases and trends in  municipal court. Kevin Rule Mr. Rule shared the financial status of the City and cleared up the questions regarding  past reconciliations and account information.    4.e Presentation of the FY 23 Draft City Audit by Brooks Watson CPA.  The. Annual Financial Report was] presented by the CPA Louis Breedlove, and The firm looks for documented proof ofs systems and processes in the City.
