Consider approval of minutes from the Park and Events meeting held  on April 15, 2024, as presented.  Vice President Maxfield moved to approve the minutes for the Park and Events  Board Meeting held April 15, 2024, as presented. Board Member Steele seconded the motion.  Motion carried - all ayes. review process.  B.
