Mayor Perkins, declared motion passed unanimously. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Councilmember Gill made ai motion to approve regular council meeting minutes from March 18, 2024. Councilmember Johnson seconded the motion. Mayor Perkins, declared motion passed unanimously. APPROVAL OF INVOICES The Town Clerk/Treasurer presented the invoices. Councilmember Rich made ai motion to approve all invoices as submitted. Councimember Dates seconded the motion. The motion passed by voice vote with Councimember Gill abstaining. He discussed the upcoming torch run potentially scheduled for Thursday, May 16, along with updates on the health and wellness project. Additionally, he proposed considering the possibility ofinitiating a driving school to be offered in] Harpersville. Hej provided an update to the council regarding the training equipment availablet through OLDI BUSNES/RESOLITIONS /ORDINANCES /ORDERS and OTHER BUSINESS AMIC and the need for signage at our Municipal Park. 1. Resolution 2024-03-18-01 -t to appoint a voting delegate and alternate(s) for the. Alabama League ofMunicipalities Annual Convention on May 15-17, 2024, in Huntsville, Alabama Councilmember Gill made ai motion to appoint Mayor Perkins for voting delegate and William Carter as first alternate during the ALM Convention Business meeting. Councilmember Carter seconded the 2. Resolution 2024-04-01-01-To: determine the preferred provider for time and attendance services Councilmember Carter made ai motion to approve TCP for the time and attendance software provider. Councilmember Gill seconded thei motion.
