V Digkinson MINUTES City Council Special Meeting May 14, 2024 The Dickinson City Council met in a duly called and announced on' Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 6:00 PM. Council Chambers 4403 Highway 3, Dickinson, TX 77539 The meeting was held for the purpose of considering the following items: 1. CALLTOORDER AND CERTIFICATIONG OF A OUORUM Councilmembers present were as follows: Mayor Sean Skipworth, Councilmember Johnnie Simpson, Councilmember Mark Townsend, Councilmember Jessie Brantley, Councilmember Bill Schick and Councilmember Fred Linton. 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS Members of the public are invited to give comments at this item, lasting not longer than 3 minutes. Comments may ne general ini nature or may address a specific agenda item, and should be directed at the entire Council, not individual members of Council or staff. Daniel Blanco and Tim Green answered questions from the City Council on the proposed project in length. 4.
