The Public Hearing was opened at 6:02PM with no one signing up to These Three Boutique Site Plan Review - (Case No. 2024-05-22-0025PR) - Submitted by Brandon Kemp (Wildcat Construction) for property located at: 360 Highway 440, Chelsea, Alabama (Parcel #: 09-726.002-001.000) containing +/-4 4.8 acres zoned as B-2.
