Precinct 1 Request:  I.D Discuss and consider approval of the Independent Contractor Agreement between Andrews 4-H Extention office and Rockin H. Land Clearing LLC for the quoted amount  of $28,775.35. Take action as necessary.  8. Precinct! 3 Request:  I. Discuss and consider approving an easement to Oncor Electric Delivery located at as 9.76- acre tract of land in Section 7, Block A-45, P.S.L., Andrews County, Texas, on NE: 3200. Take    action as necessary. 9. Human Resource Request:  I. Discuss and consider the transfer of Jynna O'neal, County Clerk Deputy Pay Grade 5 Step 08 $21.94 to Groundskeeper at the ACE Arena Pay Grade 4 Step 8 $20.94 effective July 11,  2024. Take action as necessary.  10. County Auditor.Request:  .Discuss and consider ratifying the County Judge's signature on the Price Certifications for Entitlement Local Government. Applicants, Appendix B.I Entitlement Local Govemment, a section of the grant application fori funding for the new Andrews Recreation Center. Take  action as necessary.  11. County Auditor Reports:  .Consider approving the transfer, sale, or destruction of Andrews County Surplus H. Consider approving the various budget amendments for the 2023-2024 Budget year III. Consider approving the payment of financial obligations and payroll for Andrews  Property under Local Government Code 263.152. under Local Government Code 111.010(d).
