Aroll call was performed, and a quorum was declared present.  APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Lonnie Barrett motioned to approve minutes from the April 25, 2024, meeting. Pamela Ley  seconded the motion. The vote in favor was unanimous. UNSCHEDULED PUBLIC COMMENTS PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATIONS  None. None.  PUBLIC HEARING 1500 5th Street  Representatives: Nate Brown, Property Owner  Nate Brown discussed his construction background and the proposed repairs to the home. He noted he was closing on the property Tuesday. He stated permits would be pulled by the next meeting and anticipated a four-month renovation. Chairwoman Offield reiterated that the Board was primarily  interested in repairs to the exterior of the home.
