CALL TOC ORDER  The public meeting of the Centre County Housing Task Force was convened at 12:00 PM by Commssioner/Char, Mark Higgins. This meeting is being recorded. Those in attendance: Commissioners Mark Higgins, Amber Concepcion and Steve Dershem, Administrator John Franek, Faith Ryan-Deputy Human Services AdminstratorDirector of Adult Services, Ray Stolinas-Director of Planning & Community Development, izabethlose-Assistant Director of Planning & Community Development, Betsy Barndt-Housing & Community Development Planner, Julia Sprinkle-Human Services Administrator, Maureen Safko-State College Borough Planner, Lyn Gotwalt-Centre County Association of Realtors, Morgan Wasikonis-The HOME Foundation, Todd Dolbin-CBICC. Guests: Stephanie Fost-Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Centre County, Robin Homan and Missy Schoonover-  CCHLT. II. PUBLIC COMMENT  There were no comments received from the public. There were no additions to the agenda.  III. ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA  IV. MINUTES  The minutes of the May 8, 2024, meeting of the Housing Task Force having been read, it was moved by Ray Stolinas and seconded by Lyn Gotwalt to approve the  minutes of May 8, 2024. Motion carried unanimously.  V. OLD BUSINESS  A. Request for Information - Betsy Barndt reported that while there were no specific questions asked she did receive six requests for the RFI, those requests 05/14/24, 6:19 p.m. Nova Technologies Group Sainte-Julie, QC, CANADA  were from:  05/15/24, 10:09 a.m. Strawberry Fields, Inc. 05/17/24, 12:04 p.m. Deltek, Inc. 05/17/24, 2:44 p.m. Housing Transitions 05/29/24, 5:19 p.m. H&H. A All Around Services, LLC 06/05/24, 10:55 a.m. Anchormae  State College, PA Hernon, VA State College, PA State College, PA Williamsport, PA    HOUSING TASK FORCE MINUTES WEDNESDAY, June 5, 2024  PAGE 2  Questions from the Task Force included: environmental review requirements as well as ifin a rehab situation would abatement of hazardous issues such as lead based Commissioner Higgins suggested Faith pose the following for further clarification and once answered made an Addendum to the RFI to be provided to all members of the Task Force via email and within the June 26, 2024 Minutes: "lf we have multiple funding sources for our projectwould you accept the environmental review requirements from some of the other funding sources, especially federal if the ERAP 25% is the only funding source for this project that comes from government; what It was Faith's thought that the abatement issues would fall under the rehab process. The final date for submission oft the RFI to Jason Moser is 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 21, Rich Gadsby of Strawberry Fields took the microphone to discuss the rehabilitation of the old House of Care property which will ultimately house four individuals of low To assist all interested in submitting an RFI, attached to the Minutes of this meeting,  paint, asbestos, etc. be acceptable for this project.  would your requirements be for that?" A tentative meeting date of Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 12 noon has been scheduled for the following Housing Task Force meeting.  VII. ANNOUNCEMENIS  No announcements were communicated. VIII.
