Attorney Chris Gabriel advisedi the department, that their plan was well withint the legalities of whatt they are allowedt to dol but advised that council should be made aware oft the departments intentions. The motion was made by Aughenbaugh and seconded by Gabriel that Council allow thet fire department to disperse half ofi its investment account tot the companies and the other halft toa foundation, as long ast the monies will continue tol be used as originally intended; for firefighting equipment and for fire department facility repair, maintenance, and upgrades. The house on East Sherman Avenue is down; the loti is big enough to! build on.  Zac Lawhead - Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer Diane Bernardo- - Councilwoman  She readi int the newspaper that Sandy Township is doing a point system for code enforcement, she asked Lawhead if hel has shared our ordinance with them. He confirmed he has. She Shea asked Police Chief Clark ifthe people onl Tower Lane have been charged with dog violations.  believes that Sandy should be giving Zac kudosi for helping them out.
