Mayor Walsh opened the meeting at6 6:50 p.m. Other Council Members present were: James Aughenbaugh, Diane Bernardo, Shane Dietz, and Shannon Gabriel. Also present were: City Manager, John' "Herm" Suplizio; City Engineer/Public Works Director, Chris Nasuti; Redevelopment Authority Director/Assistant Public Works Superintendent, Joel Mitchell;  Police Chief, Blaine Clark and City Secretary, Bobbie Shaffer. Mayor Walsh opened thel hearinga at6 6:55P p.m. Director Mitchell proceeded to readi from the agenda.  Mayor Walsh promptly turned the meeting over to Redevelopment Authority Director, Joe Mitchell.  PROPOSED MODIFICATION TO THE FFY 2018 ANDI FFY 2020 CDBG PROGRAM YEARS FOR THE CITY OF DUBOIS, PENNSYLVANIA AGENDA FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING MONDAY, JUNE 28, 2021  Opening Remarks: Pledge of Allegiance:  Welcome tot the Public Hearing by Mayor Walsh  Led byl Mayor Walsh  Purpose oft the Hearing: City Clerk reads the Public Notice  Joe Mitchell states thatt there is a need tor modify the FFY 2018 and FFY: 2020 CDBG Program Years tor reallocate fundsf for a newp park and recreational facility activity, the Liberty Boulevard Recreational Area, on East DuBois The Stern Baseball Field Improvements willl be deleted from the FFY: 2018 CDBG activities. Thel FFY20180 CDBG funds willl be usedi in conjunction with the FY2019 and FFY 2020 Program Years' funds fort this newr recreational The FFY: 2020 CDBG Activity for the purchase ofa 1,500 gallon pumper fire truck will be deleteda andt the $249,982. 00 willl ber reallocated to the Liberty Boulevard Total project cost is estimated to be $766,500.00 too comment ont thel Modification and to ask any questions inr regardt tot the FY2 2018 CDBG Program' Year.
