Absent: Councilman Shane Dietz; City Controller, David Volpe  Approval of Minutes Review for Monday Approval of Registry of Invoices Review, for Monday  Certificate of Recognition - Staff of Metzger's  Earlier this year K-9 Ace had as serious medical emergency. Due tol his knowledge of the medical complication andi fast action of his handler, K-9 Officer, Zayne Rhed, Ace's life was spared. Rhed transported Ace to Metzger's of State College where a critical operation was performed saving his life. Radar Bill 606  Councilwoman Bernardo addressed Council askingt them to sign thel letter she had written to Representative Armanini concerning the radar bill. She went on to sayi it has been seven years since wet first began this process. Ini the meantime, 49 states have already passed a similar radar bill. She encouraged Council to get online and send Representative Armanini a personal message. The motion was made by Gabriel and seconded by Aughenbaugh that Council show their support bys signing thel letter to Armanini.
