Planning Commission Minutes - June 1, 2022  PRESENT: ABSENT: STAFF:  Chairwoman Nancy Moore and Member(s): Diane Bernardo,Joe  Becker, David Volpe Member Ed Andrulonis  Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer, Zac Lawhead; City Engineer/Public Works Director, Chris Nasuti; City Secretary, Bobbie Shaffer  The meeting was called to order at 4:15 p.m. by Planning Commission Chairwoman, Nancy  Moore.  Approval of Minutes - April 6, 2022  The motion was made by Becker and seconded by Volpe that the Planning Commission accept the minutes of April 6, 2022 as presented by the Administrative Secretary.  VOTE AYES: ABSTAIN: None NAYS: MOTION PASSED: 3-0 Visitor's Comments: None Old Business: None New Business:  Commission Members: Becker, Bernardo, Volpe, and Chairwoman Moore  None  Lauren Myers- Conditional Use - Home Occupation - 215. E. Sheridan Ave Code Enrorcement/Zoning Officer Lawhead stated that Ms. Myers currently rents 215 E. Sheridan Avenue and would like to run your home business out ofit. Ms. Myers is a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. He went on to say that the house meets all requirements and we have a letter from the landlord giving his authorization. There was a question about number three on the City Engineers recommendation. They asked for confirmation that Ms. Myers would be the only employee and would be performing the one on one training and coaching herself. Ms. Myers confirmed that is the case. City Solicitor Cherry asked if there would be any signs; Lawhead confirmed there would not be. City Solicitor Cherry asked The motion was made by Volpe and seconded by Becker that the Planning Commission accept the recommendation of the City Engineer and forward the conditional use to Council  about parking; Lawhead stated they would use driveway.  forapproval.
