PORT ALLEGANY BOROUGH COUNCIL Regular Meeting October 2, 2023 CALL TO ORDER - The Port Allegany Borough Council met on October 2, 2023 at the Borough Council Chambers. Those present were Council Members Jill Stuckey, Jared Dickerson, Tammy Boyd, and Katie Dynda. Also present were Secretary Heather Szuba, Manager Jeremy Morey, Solicitor Nicole Larsen, and Mayor George Riley. Absent from the meeting were Council Members Andrew Johnson, Cory Thomas, and Sam Dynda. Visitors present were Chris Erst of E&M Engineers and Dotty. Anderson oft the Women's Club.
