PORT ALLEGANY BOROUGH COUNCIL Regular Meeting June 5, 2023 CALL TO ORDER - The Port Allegany Borough Council met on June 5, 2023 at the Borough Council Chambers. Those present were Council Members Jill Stuckey, Jared Dickerson, Andrew Johnson, and Katie Dynda. Also present were Secretary Heather Szuba and Police Chief Dave Absent from the meeting were Council Members Tammy Boyd, Cory Thomas, and Sam Dynda along Distrola. with Manager Jeremy Morey and Mayor George Riley. Visitors present were Christ Ernst of E&M Engineers. President Andrew Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm leading those in attendance with the MINUTES - Jared Dickerson made a motion to approve the Minutes of the May 1, 2023 Regular BILL LIST - After review, Jared Dickerson made a motion to approve the May 2023 expenditures. Jared Jared Dickerson made a motion to approve the purchase of storm water pipe for the Harrison Street project in the amount of$11,983.18 as long as iti is COSTARS pricing. Jill Stuckey seconded. Motion Jared Dickerson made a motion to accept the DASB 67 Police, No-Uniformed Defined Benefit, and Non-Uniformed Cash Balance Pension Reports as presented by Girard. Katie Dynda seconded.
