Mayor Walsh asked ifv we stills send out al letter every year confirming the spaces are stillr needed. Manager Suplizio confirmed we do. Councilman Dietz wanted to make sure that Mr. Boyer was aware that it will be designated as handicapped but anyone with ap placard can parki in that space.
