Spray entire Watershed inu mid- May for Gypsy Moths  Watershed Recommendations:  City Manager Suplizio feltt the timber cut would pay for the spraying. The motion was made by Aughenbaugh and seconded by Dietz that Council accept the recommendation: of the Watershed Committee anda authorize spraying the entire Watershed inr mid-Mayi for Gypsy Moths. Mayor Walshs statedi that thisi is the program that gives out a coupon for an: additional doet tag; helps cut thep population on the Watershed. Request from Franklin Boyer for handicapped parking space ini front of or across from 228S. Mayor Walsh confirmed with Public Works Director/City Engineer Nasuti that there was no problem witht the request. Nasuti confirmed there is no problem. Manager Suplizio stated that thisi individual was in the office today andi isi ini need of this space. Thei motion was made by Aughenbaugh ands seconded by Bernardoi that Council approve the request from Mr. Boyer for al handicapped parking space in front of or across from 228 S. Highland Street. Mayor Walsh asked ifv we stills send out al letter every year confirming the spaces are stillr needed. Manager Suplizio confirmed we do. Councilman Dietz wanted to make sure that Mr. Boyer was aware that it will be designated as handicapped but anyone with ap placard can parki in that space. Manager Suplizio confirmed thati information isi included int the letter Mr. Boyer willl be receiving.
