Other Council Members present were: Diane Bernardo, Shane Dietz, Shannon Gabriel; and City Controller, David Volpe. Also present were: City Manager, John' "Herm" Suplizio; City Engineer/Public Work Director, Chris Nasuti; Redevelopment Authority Director/Assistant Public Works Superintendent, Joe Mitchell; Code Enforcement/Zoning: Officer, Zac Lawhead; Police Chief, Blaine Clark; and Finance Officer, DeLean  Shepherd.  Absent: Councilman. James Aughenbaugh  Approval of Minutes Review for Monday Approval of Registry ofl Invoices Reviewf for Monday  Request from Austin Swanson for use of thel Beaver Meadow Trail to educate students in the The motion was made by Gabriel ands seconded by Dietz that Council approve the request from Austin Swanson and allow the students oft the Penn State DuBois Wildlife Program the use of the Beaver Meadow' Trail. Roll call was asf follows: Gabriel, yea; Bernardo, yea; Dietz, yea; Ther motion was made by Bernardo and seconded by Gabriel that Council set the Treasurer's Salary for 2022 at $24,000; increase by %3 in 2023; increase by 3%i in 2024; andi increase by 3% increase in 2025. Ryan/Kelly Ferut (Setter Point Insurance) - 501 Orient Avenue  The Ferut's are interested in turning the old Church of Christ building into ani insurance agency. The church is currently locatedi in a residential area, but the Ferut's would like to use iti fora Commercial Use. The motion was made by Gabriel and seconded by Dietz that Council turn the Ferut request over to the Planning Commission.
