He noted how dedicated the entire staffi ist to each other. He was very proud and counts itap privilege to work witht these individuals. Final Approval STMP Program - Eckert Seaman Mayor Walsh: statedt that this itemi ist to approve thef final report ont the STMP Program. The motion was made by Gabriel and seconded by Bernardo andi that Council accept thei final report for Eckert Seaman concerning the STMPI Program. Authority Director/Assistant Public Works Superintendent, Joel Mitchell recommends the award for consulting services got to Urban Design Venture, LLC for the fiscal years 2023-2027. Mitchell noted that the RFP was reviewed anda agreed upon by Sandy Township. The motion was made by Aughenbaugh and seconded by Gabriel that Council approve the recommendation of Mitchell and award the contract to Urban Design Ventures, LLCf fori fiscal years 2023-2027 as proposed. Councilwoman Bernardo had a question on the motion: Has the City ever reached out toa a consultant before? Mitchell stated thati int the 12 years he's been witht the City, wel have hads several. When he first arrived we had Stiffler McGraw andl have hadt two: since then. The consultants are responsible for filing out! he application and doingt the environmental reviews; Mitchell takes care of the administration.
