Public Comments: No Public Comments - Jason Gray- Consolidation Study City Manager Suplizio called Mr. Gray and his wife distinguished guests; Mr. Gray didn't believe he wouldg got that far. Mr. Gray thanked everyone fori their initiative ont the Consolidation: Study. He wentt tos sayt that hel hadr read the studyi int full andi foundi it tob be extremely comprehensive and well done. Hef feels, that duet to COVID restrictions wel hada a very lowt turnout for the two previous meetings. Mr. Gray finds that bothersome. So whent thet township Supervisor's decided they didn't wantt tor movet forward,i it changed the proposed process. That being said, Mr. Gray contacted the PA Economy League: andr requested oner more question and answer session! before thei item goest to vote. The citizenp petition was effective and consolidation will ont the November ballet. He stated that the Gray Foundation would pay tol have the PAI Economy League come back to answer questions. Hei feels they can answer questions concerning the change ofs status from Home Rule to Third Class City. Mr. Gray is asking City Council ands Sandy Township Supervisors to promote the next meetingt tot the community. The more educatedy we: are ont the subject the better.
