Other Council Members present were: Jim Aughenbaugh, Diane Bernardo, Shannon Gabriel; and City Controller, David Volpe. Also present were: City Manager, John' "Herm" Suplizio; Code Enforcement/Zoning: Officer, Zac Lawhead; Police Chief, Blaine Clark; ITI Director, James Tokarcik; Finance/Water Clerk, Dayna Bowley; and City Secretary, Bobbie Shaffer. Chief Clark stated thate earlieri ini the day the suspect had beeni in an accident and had' shot out the windows of this vehicle to get out. The police confiscated the gun andi the suspect wantedi it back., He showed upa at the police stations with an AK demanding they return his weapon. Mayor Walshs stated that our officers are excited that the Cityi is concerned about their mental state and have implemented: aj program. Mayor Walsha asked that Gabriel continuei to update Council on Police Chief- Blaine Clark region right now he's a vet that snapped.
