Other Council Members present were: Jim Aughenbaugh, Diane Bernardo, Shane Dietz, and Shannon Gabriel (by phone). Also present were: City Manager, John' "Herm" Suplizio; City Engineer/Public Work Director, Chris Nasuti; Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer, Zac Lawhead; Public' Works Superintendent, Scott Farrell!; Police Chief, Blaine Clark; IT Director, Matt. Absent: David Volpe, City Controller Approval of Minutes Review for Monday Approval of Registry of Invoices Review for Monday Request from DAHS Student Council to close Division Street and Beaver Drive at 5:45 p.m. for approximately 45 minutes on Friday, September 23-d for annual homecoming parade. We will try to accommodate them but the railroad willb be repairing the tracks at Route: 255 and Division Street, we don't! know the date yet. Ther motion was made by Aughenbaugh ands seconded by Dietz that Council approve ther request fromi thel DAHS Student Councilt to close Division Street and Beaver Drive with the understanding that duet tor railroad repairs they may have to come up with ana alternate route.
