Planning Commission Minutes - April 6, 2022  PRESENT: ABSENT: STAFF:  Chairwoman Nancy Moore and Member(s): Diane Bernardo, Joe  Becker, David Volpe Member Ed Andrulonis  Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer, Zac Lawhead; City Engineer/Public Works Director, Chris Nasuti; City Secretary, Bobbie Shaffer  The meeting was called to order at 4:15 p.m. by Planning Commission Chairwoman, Nancy  Moore.  Approval of Minutes- March. 2,2022  The motion was made by Volpe and seconded by Becker that the Planning Commission accept the minutes of March2 2, 2022 as presented by the Administrative Secretary.  VOTE AYES: NAYS:  Commission Members: Becker, Volpe, and Chairwoman Moore  ABSTAIN: Member Bernardo (Due to Absence)  None  MOTION PASSED: 3-0 Visitor's Comments: None Old Business: None New Business: Court  Erickson & Athogast-subdwisionlletConsoldation = 404 E.Sheridan. Ave &425 Randall Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer Lawhead stated that this is an easy one; they want to Member Volpe asked what fees are involved in subdividing a property. Lawhead stateda a land: survey and re-registration oft the Deeds. Member Bernardo asked how muchasurvey would cost. Member Becker stated approximately $2,400; Nasuti felt that was probably The motion was made by Becker and seconded by Volpe that the Planning Commission recommend to Council that they approve the request fora a subdivisionand lot consolidation.  subdivide this very small sliver of land. Itis very simple.  right. Nasuti went on to say there are no additional fees here.
