Other Council Members present were: Jim Aughenbaugh, Diane Bernardo, Shane Dietz, and Shannon Gabriel.. Also present were: City Manager, John "Herm" Suplizio; Redevelopment Authority Director/Assistant Public' Works Superintendent, Joe Mitchell; Code Enforcement/Zoning: Officer, Zac Lawhead; ITI Director, Matt. Johnson;  and Finance Officer, DeLean Shepherd. Hei informed them thati itis very hard to get PennDOT paint, sO that couldr make up some oft thei increase. The motion was made! by Aughenbaugh and seconded by Gabriel that Council award the contract to Aztec Linear ini the amount of $39,514.50.
