Paul' "Rick" Fotta -126 Quarry Avenue  Public Comments  Mr. Fottai is complaining about a camper that! has been inl his neighbor's yard for 5+ years. He said that the camper isr not registered ori inspected and is dilapidating. According to Mr. Fotta ther neighbor's soni isl living int the camper with nos sewer or running water; therei isal hose sticking out of the window between the house and the camper, a tarp over the camper and the whole thingi isl leaning. Mr. Fottal believes that the eyesore is lowering his property value. He requests our Code Enforcer take al look att the situation. He stated! his neighbor just keeps collecting more and morej junk. City Manager Suplizio told Mr. Fotta they would be out to look Mr. Fotta also has concerns about the many cars that are running the stop sign at thel bottom of City Solicitor Cherry asked Mr. Fottai if after wei fine this individual and he doesn't pay the fine and doesn't clean up and we end up at the magistrate, would he be willingt tot testifyt that the son lives in the camper.
