Thei motion wasi made by Gabriel ands seconded by Aughenbaugh: authorizing City Workers and thel Police Department tol help with Community Days and approving: 2021 Community Days in the Park. Walsh: said that this has been done before andi it needs tob be done now because a retaining wallr needs tol be puti in. City Engineer Nasuti and Code Enforcement Officer Lawhead recommend that Council approve this request as we have vacated walkways ini this areai int thep past. The motion was made by Aughenbaugh ands seconded by Bernardo that Council accept the recommendation of Nasuti andl Lawhead: and approve the request to vacate the walkway between lots 309 and 313 on E. Sheridan Avenue. Code Enforcement/Zonings Officer Zac Lawhead  Political signs cannot be put on City property nor the Cityr right of way; between the curb and sidewalk is City right of way. Signs on private property should not bet too  closet tot the road to obstruct view at thei intersections.
