Stewart, Jr. is hereby authorized to execute a Community Service Agreement with The Friends of the Irondale Public Library, Inc. in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) and in  substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Contractor hereby agrees to provide services to the citizens of Irondale through the promotion of the Irondale Public Library. Such services shall include but not be limited to, participating in public projects such as the Library's summer reading program and sponsoring programs for thel Library. 2. The City shall pay to the Contractor a total of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00). Payment will be made upon receipt of a copy of Contractor's most recently completed financial statement and any other reports and information deemed appropriate and requested by the City.
