Consideration and possible action to approve, as a Project of the Corporation, an agreement with Power Now LLC to make direct incentives to, or expenditures for, the creation or retention of primary jobs associated with the relocation of its corporate headquarters to 215 South Persimmon Street, Tomball, Texas 77375. The estimated amount of expenditures for such Project  is$ $45,000.00. A public hearing will be conducted. Consideration and possible action to approve the expenditure of funds and the execution of contracts and documentation by the EDC Executive Director to acquire approximately 10 acres in the Tomball Business & Technology Park, generally located at the southeast corner of Spell Road and South Persimmon Consideration and possible action to authorize capital improvements and repairs at the South Live Oak Business Park (202-204 South Live Oak Street, Tomball, TX 77375) in an amount not to exceed $150,000 and authorize the execution ofc contracts and documentation by the EDC Executive Director.
