Financial Report (Consider and/or Action)  No financial report available at this time  VII. Business (Consider and/or action)  A. Discuss the repairs and installation of the sidewalk across from the LaMa/Exxon, bid  cost of $5792.00  DeAnn West provided an update- this project is complete!  B. Discuss the repairs and installation of the sidewalk in front of the snow-cone stand on Rusk Street (the Rusk County Health Department has expressed concerns) and also the replacement and installation of two handicapped accessibility ramps on Rusk at the Post Office and Dress to Impress; which are in compliance with government specs- bid cost of $5618.00 DeAnn West provided an update- this project is complete! C. Discuss and/or take action on Electrical work on Commerce Street  Matthew Eastwood made a motion to fund the electrical work in the amount of $9000.00 2nd by Curtis Gilbert motion D. Discuss and/or take action on the purchase of a 2003 L3130 Kubota tractor with a 6' DeAnn West made a motion to approve the purchase ofthe tractor in the amount of$15,000 2nd by Henry Smith  passed 5/0  mower and a box blade from Raymond Thomas for $15,000.00  motion passed 5/0  Future Meetings  A. Chairman to receive request(s), if any, for leave of absence from any Board Member  for future meetings.  B. The next scheduled Regular meeting is December 19, 2023.
