Discuss and take action on reimbursing the City of Overton for the Elm Street Project. The remaining balance of $8,857.96 from the Overton Industrial Donation was deemed usable for this project. This will close our Overton Industrial Donation Gilbertmade: a motion to approve to write a check fort the amount ofs $8857.69 to The City to close out the Industrial Donation.
