Discuss and take action on $20,000.00 Admin fees owed to City of Overton from August 2021 to present to apply to $50,000.00 loan to City of Overton. D. Discuss and take action on the purchase of 12 additional golf carts. These were discussed and approved on 7/19/2022 minutes. The approval was for either lease or lease/purchase of 12 golf carts for $98 per month for 5 years which would total  $1184.52 per month.  VIII.
