Discuss, consider, and/or take action to add City Finance Manager Tiffaney Beasley to the City of Overton Texas Bank and Trust account #9000038 as a signer and Treasury Management access Chris Hall made a motion to add T. Discuss, consider, and or act on forming an Advisory Committee/Board for the Overton Park and Recreation areas whichi includes: (Overton Lake, Community Building, (Total of 5 members interested in being on the committee at this time: Jane Silvey, Tuck Moon, Don Bates, Raymond Thomas, and Charles Thompson) Chris Hall made a motion to approve the formation of the Advisory Committee and the members interested, 2nd by Michael Paul - motion  Overton Park, RV Park, Golf Course, and Baseball Fields)  passed 4/0  F. Discuss, consider, and or act on the agenda request regarding the Juneteenth parade from Clifford Mauldin Michael Paul made a motion to approve the Parade request, 2nd by Chris Hall - motion passed 4/0 (Chief Pool stated that Mr. Mauldin would need to come in  to the PD1 to discuss some safety concerns beforehand)  G. Discuss, consider, and/or act on the Agenda Request submitted by Patty Stroud regarding the concerns for street maintenance and the water line flush valve Tuck Moon committed to building Mrs. Stroud a box to cover the plumbing by her gate, Shane West stated the roads and the ditch is a work in progress- there have been some recent  repairs in that area and the city is not finished.
