The City of Overton City Council seated as the Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on November 16, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers located at 111 W North Street, Overton Texas, for the consideration of Clayton Vickers' request to replat property into (four) tracts (ZBA2023-11-08). Specifically, the applicant is seeking a replat of Lot 1 Block 1. The subject property is a tract of land legally described as PT LT 8R BLK 1 of the Warren Addition. A replat of Lot 8, 9, 10 of BLK 1 into Single Family Residential. A replat of Block 1 called 9, 9.257 acres into Commercial Zoning for RV Park, as shown according to plat thereof recorded in Volume 3587, Page 681 of the Plat Records of Rusk County, Texas.
