Discuss, consider and take action as desired on the water tank on Brandon Hill. Michael Paul made a motion to approve the repairs and valve replacements, April Littlefield 2nd (Also included in the motion that the city could possibly be reimbursed from OMDD for this project) B. Discuss, consider and take action as desired, regarding an amendment to section 11.05.01 of the Overton Code of ordinance (Truck Route) to include trucks with dual axles and semi-trucks with and without trailers. April Litlefield made a motion to amend the ordinance to include trucks with dual axles and semi-trucks with or without motion passed 5/0. trailers on city streets, Chris Hall 2nd the motion passed 5/0 VIII. Future Meetings A. Present upcoming meeting and events schedule: 1. City Council Regular meeting- December 14, 2023 at 7:00 pm B. Mayor to receive request, if any, for leave of absence from any Council Member for future meetings. None IX.
