MINUTES  CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MONDAYJUNE 29, 2020  TOMBALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION  MUNICIPAL BUILDING (CITY HALL), COUNCIL CHAMBERS  401 MARKET STREET, TOMBALL, TEXAS  5:30F P.M.  1.0  Call to Order  The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m. by President Gretchen Fagan. New Business:  3.0    City ofTomball, Texas Tomball Economic Development Corporation Special Meeting ofJune 29, 2020  Page2  3.1 EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board determined that it was not necessary to meet in Executive Session as Authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Government Code, the Texas  Open Meetings Act, for the Following Purpose(s):  Section 551.072, - Deliberations regarding real property: Deliberate the purchase,  exchange, sale, lease, or value ofreal property. President Fagan convened into Executive Session at 5:33 p.m.  3.2 Reconvene into regular session and take action, if necessary, on items discussed in  Executive Session.  Reconvened into regular session at 6:47 p.m.; no Board action was taken  3.3 Consideration and possible action by the Tomball EDC Board of Directors to approve the execution of an Exchange Deed with Tortuga Operating Company, Inc. related to certain real property owned by the Tomball EDC: and generally located in the southeast portion of  the City ofTomball along South Persimmon Lane.  Kelly provided an overview.  Motion was made by Board Member Sumner, seconded by Board Member Vaughan, to approve the Exchange Deed and authorize the Executive Director to execute on behalf of the Tomball  EDC. President Fagan called for the vote. The motion carried unanimously.  4.0  "Adjourmment"  Motion was made by Board Member Crofoot, seconded by Board Member Bruce, to adjourn.
