Motion made by Vice President Vaughan, seconded by Secretary Sumner to approve the minutes ofthe Special Tomball EDC Meeting ofDecember 10,  2020.  Voting Yea: President Fagan, Vice. President Vaughan, Secretary Sumner,  Member Jaeger.  The motion carried unanimously.  G. New Business  4.  Presentation by Warren Buehler, FirstService Residential, regarding status of the' Tomball Business and Technology Park Property Owner's Association.  Presentation item only; no Board action required.  5.  Motion made by Secretary Sumner seconded by Member Jaeger to approve, as al Project ofthe Corporation, an agreement with Kinsley. Armellet to make direct incentives to, or expenditures for, the creation or retention of primary jobs associated with the relocation and development ofits corporate headquarters to bel located at 21255 Spell Circle, Tomball, Texas 77375. The public hearing was closed at 5:43 p.m.  Member Jaeger.  The motion carried unanimously.  6. Motion made by Vice President Vaughan seconded by Secretary Sumner to approve, as a. Project ofthe Corporation, an agreement with Thel Hutson Group to make direct incentives to, or expenditures for, the construction of capital improvements, including pedestrian and parking improvements, along Houston Street and North Elm Street in Old Town Tomball. The estimated amount of  expenditures for such Project is $48,800.00.  - Public Hearing  President Fagan opened the public hearing at 5:48 p.m. No public comments Voting Yea: President Fagan, Vice President Vaughan, Secretary Sumner,  were received. The public hearing was closed at 5:48 p.m.  Member Jaeger.  The motion carried unanimously.  7.  Motion made by Member Jaeger seconded by Vice President Vaughan to approve an agreement with Method Architecture, PLLC for concept design and master planning of the South Live Oak Business Park in the amount of Voting Yea: President Fagan, Vice President Vaughan, Secretary Sumner,  $15,000.00. Member. Jaeger.  The motion carried unanimously.  8.  EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Tomball Economic Development Corporation Board recessed at 5:52 p.m. to meet in Executive Session as authorized by' Title 5, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, The Texas Open Meetings Act, for Section 551.072, - Deliberations regarding real property: Deliberate the  the following purpose:  purchase, exchange, sale, lease, or value ofr real property.
