The sale shall be conducted through sealed bid process. Terrell County Board of Commissioners has the right to reject any and all bids, cancel the sale, or waive or  disregard any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.  Please deliver sealed bids to Michael McCoy, Terrell County Interim Administrator, 235 E. Lee St., Dawson, GA or mail to Terrell County Board of Commissioners,  Attention: Vehicle Bid, P.0. Box 525, Dawson, GA 39842.  Submit sealed bid no later than 12:00 noon, on Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Bids must be signed and dated by the bidder. Bids received will be opened in a public meeting July 19, 2024 at the Courthouse located at 235 E. Lee St., Dawson, GA at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners meeting room. After opening the bids, the proposed bids shall be submitted to the Board of Commissioners for review,  approval, or rejection.  This public notice effective the 27th of June, 2024.
