Cityl Manager Report, City Manager acknowledged thel Police Departmenti in removing a sexual offender from the community. The PD is about' 90% completion ini their accreditation process. Creating an inpound yard is something thati is holding up some oft this process at this point. The accreditation could reduce the insurance rates. There isi interest inj restoring the Seppala House.
