QUEENSIOWN COMMISSIONERS  March 20, 2020 Special Meeting  The Queenstown Commissioners held a special meeting on Friday, March 20, 2020 via conference call at 1-800-704-9804 passcode 9147412. Thej purpose oft the special meeting was for discussing public security including the development of an Influenza and Pandemic Policy President Tom Willis, Commissioner Hogie Schuster and Town Manager/Clerk Amy Moore were present. Participating via conference call were Commissioner. Al Hardee and Town  for Town Staff and operations during an outbreak.  Attorney Lyndsey Ryan.  President Willis called the special meeting to order at 1:32 p.m.  President Willis introduced Resolution No. 20-101 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF QUEENSTOWNTO. ADOPT AN: INFLUENZA AND PANDEMIC POLICY. There was review and discussion on the resolution. A correction will be made to the President Willis motioned to adopt Resolution No. 20-101 as introduced, with correction. There being no further business before the Commissioner, Commissioner Schuster motioned to adjourn the special meeting at 2:05 p.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee.  signature page.
