QUEENSTOWIN COMMISSIONERS  March 18, 2020 Special Meeting  President Willis motioned to call the special meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. President Willis, Commissioner Schuster, Commissioner Hardee and Town Manger/Clerk Amy Moore were Thej purpose of the special meeting is to meet in closed session for discussion on implementing safeguards for town employees and the general public in relation to the COVID-19 virus. As such, President Tom Willis motioned to close the meeting to the public at 3:32 p.m. Motion Commissioner Hardee motioned to adjourn the closed session and resume the special meeting at  present. Attending via phone was Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan.  seconded by Commissioner Hardee. Vote: 3-0 aye, 0-nay  4:16] p.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster. Vote: 3-aye 0-nay Ms. Moore and Ms. Ryan will be working on drafting a pandemic policy.  There being no further business at this time, Commissioner Hardee motioned to adjourn the special meeting at 4:20 p.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster.
