QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS Special Session March 13, 2020 President Willis motioned to call the special meeting to order at 1:07 p.m. The Commissioners find that a discussion of emergency plans could constitute a risk to the public because it could incite panic (or some other risk to the public). As such, President Tom Willis motioned to close the meeting to the public. Motion seconded by Commissioner Hardee. Vote: 3-0 aye, 0-nay The closed session was called to order by President Tom Willis at 1:08 p.m. Present were President Tom Willis, Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Commissioner Al Hardee, and Town Manager/Clerk Amy Moore.
