QUBENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS Special Session February 3, 2020 President Willis motioned to call the special meeting to order at 10:35 a.m. for the purpose of meeting in closed session to discuss a contract matter related to the wastewater treatment plant. Present were President Tom Willis, Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Commissioner Al Hardee, Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan, Engineer George Frigon, Contract Employee Lane Cole, and President Tom Willis motioned to close the meeting at 10:36 a.m. Motion seconded by President Willis motioned to adjourn the Closed Session at 11:39 a.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster. Vote 3-aye, 0-nay. There were: no decisions made in closed session. Lane Cole will line up support contractors for new operator (electrical, plumbing, controls, etc.). Commissioner Hardee brought up the recent request by the Queenstown Bank to put up an electronic sign. It was denied by the Planning Commission. Commissioner Hardee spoke with the Bank president who advised he was a little confused as to the denial oft the sign as the initial thought was that it would be used more by the fire department and the Town. President Willis mentioned that it may not meet the SHA right ofway requirements. Ms. Ryan will check into it. Town Manager/Clerk Amy Moore. Commissioner Hardee. Vote: 3-0aye, O-nay Need to set up ai meeting to discuss connection fees. There being no further business, Commissioner Hardee motioned to adjourn the special meeting at11:57 a.m. Motion seconded by Commissioner Schuster.
