QUEENSTOWN COMMISSIONERS Special Meeting Minutes February 19, 2019 On February 19, 2019 at 1:30 pm, President Willis convened a special meeting of the Queenstown Commissioners. President Willis made a motion to convene a closed session to obtain legal advice related to construction matters at the wastewater treatment plant. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Schuster and unanimously carried. The meeting occurred at the Queenstown Town Office. President Thomas B Willis, Jr., Commissioner Hogie Schuster, Commissioner Alton Hardee, Jr., Brynja Booth, Town Attorney, Lyndsey Ryan, Assistant Town Attorney, and Amy Moore, Town Clerk, were present. The purpose oft the meeting was to obtain legal advice from the Town Attorney related to construction matters at the wastewater plant. The closed session commenced at 1:30 p.m. At 2:54 p.m., the Commissioners reconvened the special meeting. President Willis made ai motion to close the special meeting, which was seconded by Commissioner Schuster, which was unanimously carried.
